I love working with therapists who: 1) are a little woo 2) passionate about self-development 3) want to integrate astrology, energy work, IFS & Brainspotting for a holistic marketing plan.

I am not the best fit for therapists who are uncomfortable being open, as marketing is deeply personal and meant to reflect your authentic self. Everything we do will feel like a collaboration — a live brainstorm where I will be asking you a lot of questions, to help you tap into some of your fears to shift them, and to get clear on YOUR version of success.

I offer single sessions for those who want support in one area. You can choose from the following strategies: niching, developing a group offering, a social media revamp, website copy revision or email promotion. If most of your marketing is working, but you get stuck in a couple of areas (like promoting groups or social media reels), you would be a great fit for my Mystical Muse package. We will focus on no more than three areas of concern to get you producing more effectively, with an energetic tune-up to clear out limiting beliefs.

If you know that you have deeper roadblocks — fear of success, patterns of self-sabotage, or a lack of clarity about your vision that has persisted despite conventional marketing advice, I recommend the deeper excavation of Mystical Maven. IFS and Brainspotting are two modalities that can be used in coaching as well as therapy. Intellectual coaching only goes so far, as chances you have already learned marketing techniques, or know you should “get over” your fears of promoting, but you are still stuck because your resistance is in your subconscious mind.

IFS explores the parts of you that are unconsciously blending (taking over), which is like wearing a pair of glasses that are always tinted — limiting you to that perspective.

Then there are parts that are polarized (at odds with each other) that make you feel stuck when it comes time to make a decision. We help those parts find more balance. We also support exiled creative parts to help you access your playfulness and imagination — so marketing becomes inspired rather than forced.

Expansion Brainspotting includes an actual crystal wand, and it is designed to help you dream beyond your comfort zone. We explore a vision you have for your practice and find an eye position that helps you access the emotion and imagery that goes along with that possibility. You and I meditate there together as you enter a flow state and channel ideas for your practice.

We also can find eye spots for parts that generate anxiety (like your inner critic). We unwind that anxiety somatically through eye gazing and listening to bilateral music, so that you access more adaptive perspectives, and make space to dream again.

Your birth chart is divided up into different sections: career, resources, collaborations, and relationships. These domains touch all areas of your private practice, and give clues to its success.

No two therapists have the same stripes, and we all have to play to our strengths. For example, if you have a Venus-ruled Taurus 10th house, embodiment and beauty are likely an important part of your work. There are infinite ways that this could look, but for example, you may choose to promote somatic work, and redesign your office to include lots of plants and space for movement.

Your birth chart is essentially your archetypal landscape. It illustrates your innate temperament and personal style. Starting with astrology gives us a foundation for brainstorming ideas.

I used to work as a copywriter and am good with words. That said, I prefer to help you find YOUR voice, as no one can speak for you as effectively as you do. I am best at helping you channel your own perspectives and wisdom and then saying “THAT! Write that down!” I am more of a creative doula than an autonomous scribe. As we tune into your cadence, sense of humor, and clinical style, I will help you edit your phrases to be more catchy and succinct. Writing works best when it’s a little vulnerable, edgy and direct. I will help you thread that needle so that you come across as approachable, professional and maybe even FUN to work with!

I am not trained in SEO, ads, or setting up Google My Business. These can be valuable marketing strategies that I encourage you to look into, but they are beyond my scope of practice.
