Private Practice Marketing

“Melissa “got” me. Quirks and all. Her expertise in IFS and her ability to weave astrology, intuition, and the esoteric with fluency and ethical grounding created a space where I felt both supported and challenged in all the right ways. Her guidance, authenticity, empathy, ferocity, humor, and deep intuitive knowing were essential to my reclamation of my inner (and outer) voice. She helped me trust myself, embrace my spiritual gifts, and step fully into the passion and career shifts that now feel aligned.”  ~Melissa E. Crim, MEd, LPC

Building a private practice is not just logistical. It is a process of becoming visible.

At a certain point, it stops being about your website or your niche, and becomes about your relationship to being seen, being received, and being paid for your work. You may notice moments where your energy pulls back, where you overthink, or where you soften what you really want to say. The vision is there, but something in you hesitates when it’s time to bring it forward.

As a sensitive, intuitive therapist, you already feel where your work wants to expand. You can sense the ideas that have energy behind them — the ones that linger, return, and quietly ask to be brought into form. You may also feel the edges of fear around visibility, money, or stepping into something larger than what you’ve known.

And underneath all of that, there is often a deeper pull:
to work in a way that supports your life.
to have more space, more rest, more steadiness in your nervous system.

Creating offerings aligned with your purpose is what allows more money to circulate into your practice.

We use IFS and Brainspotting to help you:

  • work with parts that constrict around visibility, success, or being fully seen

  • process cultural and legacy burdens that shape how much space you allow yourself to take

  • untangle money beliefs and internal limits around what you’re available to receive

  • dissolve creative blocks and access your vision through expansion Brainspotting

  • follow what has real aliveness behind it, rather than forcing ideas that don’t hold

From there, we bring it into form.

As a creative arts therapist and consultant, I specialize in helping you expand into your full range of Self-expression.

In IFS, Self carries qualities of confidence, courage, creativity, compassion, curiosity, connectedness, clarity, and calm — and your work begins to change when you lead from there.

I help you diversify your income through that expansion. Together, we design a rotation of coaching or consultation groups that reflect your personality, your purpose, and your clinical experience. It feels less like something you have to force, and more like something unfolding through you.

We work on:

  • the logistics of forming and promoting groups (format, structure, pricing, and size)

  • understanding the structural differences between therapy and coaching

  • shaping offers that are contained, ethical, and grounded in your actual experience

  • finding your voice so your work is distinct, compelling, and calls in the right people

Just as importantly, we track your energy.

Business ideas move through you intuitively. There is a difference between something that is ready to emerge and something you are trying to push into existence. You learn how to sense what is gathering momentum, what is blocked, and what needs support to come through.

Over time, your niche becomes clearer and your offerings are expressed in your natural language. Visibility begins to feel less like a threat and more like an invitation. Money flows more steadily because you are open to receive and able to create from what is alive in you.

This work can lead to more ease. As your business stabilizes, it begins to support the parts of you that need rest, recovery, and space to dream. Your practice becomes a structure that holds you and internal momentum you can trust.

Your work already knows where it wants to go. Let’s listen for it together.
