IFS Consultation

“Thank you for facilitating the connection with parts of me previously unknown. I’m so glad to know them and where they live. Our work together generated a powerful awakening and shift that is continuing to unfurl. You are genuinely gifted and designed to do this work.” ~James Naicker, LCSW

IFS Consultation

Hi therapist! Are you witchy, intuitive, and highly sensitive? Do you want a therapeutic approach that channels those gifts? Has it been hard watching your clients stay stuck while knowing they hold the key to their own freedom? Look no further. IFS therapy helps clients spiritually connect and liberate themselves from old programming, while bringing magic and inspiration back into your practice.

IFS is an evidence-based path to wholeness. It helps clients access the qualities of their higher Self, referred to as the 8 C’s: clarity, calm, compassion, courage, creativity, connectedness, confidence, and curiosity. Using guided visualization and somatic techniques, IFS helps resolve trauma by working directly with parts. It is a modern treatment rooted in ancient wisdom, allowing you to work your magic while staying within your scope of practice.

IFS heals you as it heals your clients. Connecting to your own Self energy builds confidence and calm in uncharted therapeutic territory. Accessing clarity helps you set boundaries and separate from your clients’ emotions. Helping clients connect with their intuition takes the pressure off you needing to have all the answers—your role is to guide the process while they do the work. Goodbye burnout, hello enchantment!

Parts work gets clients unstuck. Parts trapped in old roles, causing resistance or hiding pain, create blind spots. You don’t need to know what’s going on—you just need to ask the right questions, and the client’s system will unfold organically. Clients then unburden the wounds that have blocked their courage, creativity, and self-compassion.

IFS Consultation Includes:

    •    Parts mapping: translating symptoms into parts and understanding their roles

    •    Unburdening: resolving core trauma and rewriting the memories driving symptoms

    •    Invitation: helping clients embody Self qualities for authentic expression and spiritual connection

    •    Therapist’s parts: identifying and unblending from your own parts that appear in countertransference
