Therapy for neurocomplex souls

For the ones who think in constellations

You may recognize yourself here if:

your mind opens in multiple directions at once

you notice connections others overlook

your focus sharpens around meaning, not obligation

you struggle to function inside unjust systems

you feel most regulated alone or immersed in a special interest

you feel both “too much” and “not enough” every day of your life

You may have been told you’re distractible, scattered or inconsistent. You may have tried to force yourself into linear systems:

productivity frameworks

social hierarchies

constant self-monitoring

masking to be functional

You may recognize yourself here if...

You resist authority that isn’t earned and bristle at rules without meaning. You function best when you can follow curiosity, rhythm and internal timing.

Many neurocomplex adults find their way into:

creative work

healing professions

entrepreneurship

roles that allow for autonomy and depth

What therapy looks like here

There is no expectation of eye contact, small talk, or linear storytelling. Silence is allowed, tangents are meaningful, and intensity is welcome.

Using approaches like IFS and Brainspotting, we:

work with parts that learned to mask, over-function, or stay hypervigilant

help your system discharge overwhelm without shutting down

help you distinguish intuition from overload

honor non-linear ways of discovery and knowing

A different kind of belonging

IFS helps you see your inner child from the perspective of a loving adult. You get to be the buddy and give the pep talk that the younger you has always needed.

You will take guided journeys back to vivid memories from your childhood and stand up to the school yard bullies. You will visit the inner teenager that was once an outcast and tell them that they’re cool.

IFS is about integration of all parts of your personality so it is the ultimate unmasking. As you heal the memories that made you feel inadequate, you will start to feel like you fit in with yourself. This makes it easier to show up in your relationships with confidence.
